Headrest speaker bracket

I wanted to position a remote speaker for my ham radio somewhere that I could hear it over the road noise.  I found this little speaker and designed a bracket to mount it to my headrest.

This fits my RAM 1500 pickup truck.  The headrest poles are 110mm apart center-to-center and the holes themselves are 13mm.  The small hole for the speaker bolt is 4mm.
