Printed without supports with PLA. 

Printed originally because my power outlet was connected to the light switch and was turning off my computer. 

Instructions: ALWAYS turn off power to room via breaker when messing with anything electric. Even as simple as this. Unscrew screws. Screw in base with same screws. Slide on cover.
