Use case

I was working on the assembly of my new Pursa Core one, when I came across step 38 on the back assembly. There are numerous comments already from other users in the online manual, that warn about the intensive force that is needed to push the poor little stepper motor splitter board on the spacers. It took me 5 seconds of trying, to decide that I would not do that. So I designed these well printables screws (45deg overhang on the threads, instead of 60deg) and threaded spacers. They printed well on Prusa Mini from PETG.

Printing

Just print all parts in the uploaded orientation. A layer height of 0.2mm worked well for me. Use 4 perimeters and 100% infill to make the parts strong.

I recommend to print a bit more parts than you actually need. That will give each layer a bit more time to cool, resulting in nicer threads. 

You may want to scale up all parts by up to 4%. I was a bit careful not to make them too big, as I did not want to waste all Sunday afternoon to optimize these parts to make the fit ultimately well. 

Assembly

Please note that the threaded spacer with the chamfer needs to go on last, with the chamfer on the board, That avoids contact with the solder pins of the connectors.

Don't overdo it when tightening the spacers on the screw. It is just a 4mm thread (with extra deep threading grooves to make it well printables). The force is on the layer to layer adhesion. I found that hand-tight is totally sufficient.
