Description
All parts are made from 7075 aluminum, except for the fanduct, which is 3D printed in aluminum.
The cost for one full set is around $250, excluding shipping and taxes.
All threaded holes are M3 and tapped using a blind hole tap. It's highly recommended to use a mild loctite (blue) so you don't strip out the threads. For heated enclosures like mine it's mandatory unless you like to tighten everything every 100 hours.
Make sure to pre-drill the 3D printed duct before tapping. I polished some areas for a cleaner look, but that’s optional.
The belt clamp parts need a slight chamfer. I used a deburring tool, but you can also model this directly in CAD.
The input shaper results are for a 400mm hybrid.
