Realistic denture model with a print-in-place hinge

Added a hinge compared to the original mode. Mesh modification is not my strongest capability, but did my best to eyeball the upper and lower jaw model's position compared to each other, added a hinge, then rotated the upper jaw along the axis of the hinge so it all can be printed in one piece

There were minor misalignment due to the eyeballing part, but a couple of mesh plane cuts made everything stay flat on the bed
