Description
I needed a mounting solution for a 160mm spiral duct (to position a NUC close to a measuring point). To compensate for the duct's fold, the design consists of an inner ring and an outer clamp. First, the inner clamp (RingInnen.3mf) is placed around the spiral duct so that the fold fits into the notch of the two-part clamp. Then, the mounting plate (Platte.3mf) and the outer clamp (Schelle.3mf) are placed around the outside for tensioning. The clamp is then tightened using two M4x20 countersunk screws.
The mounting plate has four M4 threaded holes in a 125mm x 90mm rectangle. If you also want to mount an Intel NUC (or another computer with mounting holes spaced 85mm apart), print the holder (HalterNuc85mm) and attach it to the mounting plate.
