Das 3D-gedruckte Clip-In-Modul dient als rutschhemmender Einsatz für das Badregalfach des VW Grand California. Es wird direkt an die horizontalen Stangen des Regalfachs eingeclipst und verhindert zuverlässig das Verrutschen oder Umkippen von Pflegeprodukten während der Fahrt.
Designmerkmale:
- Passgenaue Clip-Geometrie: Die Halterung ist speziell auf den Durchmesser und Abstand der originalen Regalstangen im Badbereich des Grand California abgestimmt. Die Kürzeren passen in das Obere Regalfach, die Längeren in das untere.
- Modularer Aufbau: Mehrere Clips können nebeneinander eingesetzt werden, um verschiedene Produktgrößen individuell zu sichern.
- Materialempfehlung: PETG oder ASA für erhöhte Temperatur- und Feuchtigkeitsbeständigkeit im Nassbereich. Wobei das Teil in PETG gedruckt wurde und auch die Radien im Clip daraufhin angepasst wurde. Bei ASA könnte das Schrumpfen den Clip zu stramm sitzen lassen, oder brechen.
- Montage: Werkzeuglose Installation durch einfaches Einklicken – rückstandslos entfernbar.
