The cap provides a secure friction-fit connection without the need for screws or glue, and includes rounded outer corners to match the extrusion’s contour and maintain a clean, professional appearance.

It’s compatible with most T-slot 4040 systems (Bosch, Item, Motedis, OpenBuilds, etc.).
Since internal dimensions vary slightly between brands, you may need to fine-tune tolerances (±0.1–0.2 mm) in your slicer for the perfect fit.
