This is a universal-fit end cap for triple 4040 (120×40 mm) T-slot aluminum profiles, designed to protect and finish profile ends while maintaining a clean, professional look.

It securely engages all 4 outer slots and the central hole with a solid friction-fit connection — no screws or glue required.
The cap’s rounded outer corners match the extrusion’s contour, ensuring a seamless aesthetic finish that also works perfectly as a flat connector for three 4040 profiles arranged side by side.

The model is designed to fit most T-slot systems (Bosch, Item, OpenBuilds, Motedis, etc.), but internal tolerances can vary slightly — you may need to adjust by ±0.1–0.2 mm for a perfect fit.
