Description
This is a replacement internal 'cog' for the Nokia CR200 charger.
If you have one, and the arms have gone slack then there is a tiny little piece inside that has likely broken or cracked. There's a community discussion where codekaizen---01 has posted a diagram of the piece.
I used this, to make one up in Fusion 360. I had to clean it up a little by scratching the edges smooth with a scalpel, but it went right in and fits snug.
When re-assembling, crank the internal cog to wind the spring. 2.5 turns gives the arms decent tension. If you re-grease the inside, only use a little bit of grease. It prevents the mechanism from turning.
