Description
Bone conduction headphones often have a metal band that runs behind the wearers head. After long use and wear, or due to accidents, this metal band may break. With N=2, it often breaks just behind the earpiece (see photo showing one broken and one fixed pair). This design is for a scaffold that one can place over a break in that location to make potentially make such headphones (designed for and tested on Shokz OpenMove) functional again. Note that the scaffold is curved one direction (so it's designed to sit on only one side) and the channel curvature is designed for when the headphones are being worn (they lie a little funny when off the head).
