Description
In the past year, I worked with many sensorboards with the common pinheaders. They usually come unsoldered, probably because then there is no risk of the pinheaders breaking off. Some of them come fully assembled and use some kind of foam to protect the pin headers.
As I was tired to collect and reuse or even buy new foam pieces for this, I created proctetive pin header clips that can be printed. Now I can just throw several sensorboards with mounted pin headers in my bag without having to worry about breaking or bending pin headers.
The uploaded 3mf-files are just the two examples I made for myself. I have uploaded Freecad and Fusion files, where you can change the clipsize to fit your own printed ciruit boards. I suggest you print the clips with PETG because of its flexibility, but i would not be surprised if PLA would work too.
I hope the clips are usefull and feel free to remix them!
