Big Einsy Case for Raspberry Pi Zero W 2

I really like Boogie's Big Einsy case with BF3Design's remix, and this is just a minor remix, but with the RPi Zero W 2 it makes a big difference!  By routing the LCD screen ribbon cable along the right side of the box you can mount the RPi Zero on the front of the Einsy board.  This allows space to put a heat sink on the RPi, gives access to the RPi microSD card, webcam connector and USB connectors, and you can see the RPi status LED.

There are a few zip tie anchors in strategic locations to help with cable management and avoid having loose wires.  The most important is at the top of the case to hold the PINDA cable.  It takes a little jiggling but the Einsy board can fit past this zip tie and the ribbon cable support.
 

The GPIO connection on the Einsy board needs to be extended.  I used a "2x20-pin Extra Tall Female Stacking Header 0.1" for Raspberry Pi" except cut it to be 2x7 pins, see photo for installation.  The RPi carrier needs (1) M2.5x8 socket head for inside the case and (1) M2.5x8 countersunk for the top.  The threads are printed in the carrier and case, so it was hard to get the screws in.  I put them in before assembling the box to open up the threads a little first.

The RPi heat sink is flush with the front cover, so I revised the cover with a cutout, and changed the fan mounting.  A 4010 fan fits nicely with (2) M3x20 countersunk screws.  This change also allows the cover to be printed without supports, but its three pieces.

I printed with Overture Clear PETG, 3 perimeters and shells, 15% gyroid infill.  It doesn't look great in the photos, but in real life it looks really nice, and its translucent so its easy to see the LEDs.

The BOM is the same as BF3Design's.

I monitored the temperature of the RPi and with the RPi camera and a ribbon cable going up under the cover of the box it reached 60 C, using a webcam it was about 51 C, and running the fan cooled it to 36 C with a 18 C ambient temperature. 

Edit- I found that the fan screen causes a high pitched whiny noise.  I tested alternate screens on my Bear mod which does not have a heat sink on the RPi.  I designed alternate “aero inlet” and “simple bezel” and recorded the RPi temps during a print.  The original screen had the highest temp at 35.9 C, with the bezel at 34.3 C, no noise, and the aero at 33.8 C and a little noise.  I have included these stl files as well, and I am now using the simple bezel.

Edit- I added a cradle for the pi that has holes to assist connecting an accelerometer per a request. I also included the step and FreeCAD files for it.
