Description
Each door can be hold by up to 10 round d12mm magnets. In my case 4 pcs d12x6mm was enough.
Magnet holder is the part where you put same d12mm magnets with the opposite pole facing magnets in the door and install it into the printer's frame. Exact same model fits both sides, just rotate it upside down when you do installation.
Model is cut down into pieces to be printable on V400. When importing to slicer (I use Orca) consider it as multiple objects ("no" option in the dialog window).
Model is of actual size to fit frame, please don't forget that the model is big and correct shrinkage settings according to the material are crucial.
Mine i printed in ABS and joined with acetone. All parts printed in same orientation as they got imported into slicer. I used 6mm brim with zero offset for all parts to avoid unsticking. Slim Tree supports for overhanging parts.
Glass can be material of your choice, only recommendation is to glue it with elastic/resin sealant that can reduce vibrations and makes whole thing quieter. I used 2mm plexiglass and glued with black silicone.
