Tolerance Benchmark for 3D Printing

This test is designed to evaluate your printer’s ability to achieve precise tolerances when printing two interlocking parts. There are two test files: one includes smaller tolerances of 0.03 mm, 0.04 mm, 0.06 mm, and 0.07 mm, while the other features larger tolerances of 0.05 mm, 0.10 mm, 0.15 mm, and 0.20 mm.

An accompanying image illustrates the dimensions, tolerance values, and fitting results, showing how well each part fits together. The test was printed on a Prusa MK3S using a 0.15 mm layer height.
