This is a custom-designed, printable Silica Container Insert for the popular Home Depot Ezystorage 19QT Waterproof Tote (Model/SKU: 673523). It's the perfect solution for creating a high-capacity, airtight filament dry box.

Key Features & Design Details

• Optimized Fit: Precisely contoured to sit flush against the bottom and sides of the 19QT Ezystorage tote, providing a stable and efficient desiccant reservoir.

• High Capacity: Designed to hold a significant amount of silica gel or other desiccant material, providing long-lasting humidity control for 4 rolls of filament.

• Contoured Shape: The body of the container is concave on the top side to perfectly follow the curve of the filament spools resting above it. This design maximizes the storage volume within the tote while still holding the necessary desiccant.

• Vented Anti-Spill Cover: Includes a separate, vented cover that prevents the desiccant from spilling while allowing moisture vapor to easily pass through. (Print this piece \times2)

• Multi-Part Print: The model is provided in 4 separate pieces for easier printing on standard-sized beds:

Assembly Instructions

1. Print the two main contoured container halves.

2. Use a strong adhesive (e.g., super glue or a suitable plastic weld) to permanently join the two halves.

3. Print the two vented anti-spill covers.

4. Once the main body is assembled and dry, fill it with silica gel.

5. Snap or place the two covers onto the main body.

6. Place the completed unit inside your Home Depot Ezystorage 19QT tote, add your filament rolls, and seal the lid.
