Light diffuser adapter for Sofirn SP40 or other right-angled flashlights

I found somewhere this light diffuser with 49.5mm ID, and thought “what if I could make it fit on my Sofirn SP40 right-angled flashlight?”.
Turns out the diffuser was an old model for the Sofirn SP36.

And that's it, this clip has a perfect snug fit on the 24mm round part body of the SP40 flashlight, while the flat sides of the body around the light are 25mm. The two flat sides past the clip are to keep the diffuser in place and won't rotate, it's a good snug fit but can be easily clipped in/unclipped.

The round side that goes in the diffuser is 49.5mm OD and slightly tapered.
