Star Trek: TOS Klingon Disruptor

Here's my take on the TOS Klingon disruptor. 

There are separated disc sections that need to be arranged in the correct order, so refer to the diagram to assist.

The emitter base is a thin fragile part so there are two options: one printed upright (weaker, looks better.) and one split lengthwise to be printed flat (stronger, looks worse). Both options have a screw base so they can be replaced if they break.

Test fit everything before gluing and match to the pictures because it's easy to mess up the disc positions. For example, the Tip part has a single flat piece that should be nearest to the emitter base. 

A display stand is included. 

Filaments used were Prusament Pearl Mouse PLA, Ziro Silk silver PLA, and Ziro Dark Gray PLA. 

Update November 18 2025 - Added whole versions of the Tip and Barrel, but to make them support free they have beveling in the grooves instead of 90 degree angles. Less accurate but easier to assemble. 

Update November 15 2025 - Fixed parts for better fit to reduce gaps: scope 2, chamber 1, switch and trigger. Improved the barrel and scope pegs by beveling the edges so they fit much better. Improved the panels and joints so there's more layers between the top and bottom to avoid glue seeping through. Fixed the sides where the back end wouldn't sit flush as it should.
