Home Brewing Carboy Bung Stopper Cap

I was tired of having to dry sanitized bungs prior to pressing them into the carboy and was annoyed by how often they popped right out!

This design uses three zip ties to securely hold the bung in place. It also includes a small lip so that the bung doesn't get pushed all the way into the carboy!

I have uploaded two sizes for the bungs I have:

• 34mm - Fits standard #6.5 bung
• 40mm - Fits universal hollow-style bung

I have tested these with 5 and 6 gallon carboys.

Print Instructions:

Doesn't matter too much but I used PETG with 50% gyroid infill for the added strength. No supports, no brim, layer height is up to you!
