PG9 Blind Stuffing + Nut and TPU-Sealing / PG9 Blindstopfen + Mutter und TPU-Dichtung

PG9 threaded blind stuffing to close unused PG9-openings in housings.
(normal usage)

[Extension for PGxx to PG9 adapters]
For the use with PG-adapters (PGxx to PG9) with very little space between the PG9 cable gland openings,
I added a slim-version of the PG9 blindstuffing + sealing.
(special usage only, small tolerances)

[1] Thread type:
  PG thread

[2] Diameters for PG9 opening:
  a) threaded hole:                    13.9mm / PG thread
  b) drill hole without thread:  15.2mm

[3] Sealing:
  An optional TPU-sealing model file is available.

Print
Material:   PETG (blind stuffing, nut), TPU 95A (sealing)
Supports: not required
Brim:         not required
Serial printing (part by part) for better thread quality.

Assembly
Place blind stuffing in PG9 opening and secure with PG9 nut.
Optionally place sealing on stuffing before assembly.
Use a 1€ coin for turning of the blind stuffing.

Hint: 
Apply some silicone grease on the thread, so it can be easily be assembled and disassembled.
(Without grease, the thread tends to wind on and off somewhat “sticky”.)
