Description
Fermented foods are rich in probiotics and good for your stomach. It’s simple to do and only requires 3 ingredients. Vegetables (Cabbage is most popular), Water, Salt. Nature does the rest.
To make sauerkraut, you need to keep all the cabbage under the top of the brine and the jar has to be closed, but must be able to vent the CO2 generated by fermentation. Print the cabbage keeper in PETG and the Burp Lid in TPU or another non-reactive flexible filament. The nipple is then cut with an exacto or razor to make a vent to release pressure.
