PSA Grading Slab Case Bumper

This is case bumper for PSA graded slabs.

It's fit perfect for PSA slabs and offers excellent shock absorption. They are pulled on like a phone case on the slab. Case have external dimensions: 90x145x11mm. The model can be printed without any supports.

I would suggest using TPU 20D or softer (20D is about 70-75A in Shore's scale).

Print settings:

• nozzle: I prefer 0,4mm but 0,6mm would be okay
• layer height: 0,2mm 
• wall line count: the best “bumper” effect is with 1 (2 or more would increase "perceived" hardness)
• infill: 0-25% (I used 15%), line or cubic infill be okey
• printing speed: as for TPU, I suggest printing slowly (I printed at up to 25 mm/s for walls).
