xTool M1 Ultra Engraver Pen Adapter

!!!! WARNING – The engraving pen has a sharp tip, please be careful – You have been warned :-) !!!!

I designed an adapter for the xTool M1 Ultra that allows you to use the engraving pen and engrave into the acrylic frame included in the set sold by Lidl under the Crelando brand (EAN 4055333026575).

You will need: M3 square nut and one M3 screw to secure the pen in the adapter.

Print settings:  no supports, layer height 0.2

In xTool Studio: Select Pen drawing mode and create a custom pen (Name: xxx, Type: Other, Stroke: 0.1).

When setting parameters, configure:

• Drawing pen: Your custom pen
• Color filling: If you want to engrave filled areas
• Pen pressure (g): 85
• Speed (mm/s): 85
• Pass: 1
• Line spacing (mm): 0.08

KEEP THE DOOR OPEN AND PRESS PROCESS :-)

PRO TIP: I recommend using the Weld function if you don’t want the engraving to overlap itself. 😄
