Diameter Gauge Set – Print-in-Place Organizer

This print-in-place box is based on the same compact hinged design as the Nextruder Nozzle Box and the Filament Sample Box, but instead of filament swatches it holds a complete set of diameter gauges.

The gauge pieces are designed for both internal and external diameter.

Each gauge is printed separately and slides neatly into its slot. The angled layout makes it easy to grab, check, or compare dimensions. Every gauge piece can be fully removed or simply rotated upward for a quick measurement.

Two organizer sizes are available — small and large — depending on how much clearance or accessibility you prefer when working with the gauges.

The box itself prints in one piece with fully functional hinges and requires no supports. It closes securely with a snap mechanism and keeps all your measuring gauges perfectly organized on your desk or in your tool drawer.

Printing tips

• Material: PLA or PETG

• Supports: None

• Orientation: As provided (do not rotate)

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm recommended

• Layer height: 0.15 mm

Gauge pieces are printed individually; print only the sizes you need or the full set.

The small and large box versions share the same gauge dimensions.
