         如發現尺寸偏小, 可加层暴光

         如發現尺寸偏大, 可减层暴光 

3. 假如垂直面孔不圆， 那就要调整抬升速度. 

4. 情况1: 機器Z絲杆步進值不准,或平台不平
    情况2: 升速過快/暴光不足，导致孔拉变形 

5. 小字如果没有出現，那就是暴光不足 

6. 測膜粘力 

7. 打實際模型的参數最好是這兩個孔堵塞了
