DADO BLADE STORAGE BOX

This is an easy to print, sturdy box designed to fit a complete 6" dado set for the tablesaw.

The multi colour lettering is optional - if you don't have a multi colour machine or don't want to bother, there's no need to download the “letters” file.  The lid will print well with simple debossed lettering.

The lid is deliberately quite tight, and needs some effort to remove it.  This is an attempt to deal with the weight of the blades inside.    Printing with two different filaments or even filament colours may cause issues, however if you would prefer a less snug lid, scale the lid up 0.5% in your slicer.  i.e.  100.5%  

I've printed mine in PETG, in .28mm DRAFT mode, but I see no reason why PLA would not work just as well.

Removing the blades may not be obvious - simply slip a finger tip into the arbour hole!
