Description
This is a jig for measuring radii between 9mm and 63mm using a tire depth gauge.
The radius depends on the tire depth gauge; I'm using a random model bought on line and it seems that the original was copied by multiple manufacturers; note that the wings are slightly asymmetric.
The radius must be derived from the dimension shown on the tire depth gauge's display, multiplying it by 2.41 or, if you prefer, dividing it by 0.41.
Printing doesn't require support but, in my case, it required brims for stability's sake because the optimal positioning on the plate is vertical (see the 3MF file).
This simple jig was modeled with OpenSCAD, using the BOSL2 library; the source is provided.
