This compact container features a sliding lid with a click lock closure to securely hold your favourite knitting project tools. The cover & case have a textured surface pattern inspired by traditional Nordic colourwork snow-flake motifs that is both cute and practical as it provides a good grip to open & shut the cover. The different dividers give you options for how to organize your tools depending on what you like to keep in your project bag:

• Regular - choose a simple open container or a divided version designed to hold a small pair of sewing scissors. This box is still super compact at just under 6" / 12cm in length.

• Mini -  keep it even more minimal with the small but mighty mini version. This box is exactly 4" / 10cm long and comes in an open box or divided for holding darning needles + stitch markers.

BONUS: Measure Gauge!
The sides of each case also double as a ruler for measuring your knits – cm on one side and inches on the other. The mini is 4" / 10cm in length, just what you need to check that gauge swatch (we always knit a gauge swatch, right?) or check the length of a sock cuff.

HOW TO PRINT
Choose one cover & one box file, download & slice. My printed examples were printed at between .1 - .2 layers, the finer you go the better the detail. I also recommend ironing for a nicer surface on box interiors.

For 2-colour printing (no AMS)
To add the contrasting colourwork pattern without an AMS, use your slicer to manually set up a colour change. This video explains how to do this in the Prusa slicer. 

• Use your slicer to change to your contrast colour at 0.5mm

• Print a few layers (~0.5mm)

• Switch back to your main colour
