MYOG: ultralight tent stake jig

This is a simple jig to create ultralight tent stakes based on these two Reddit posts:

• MYOG Carbon Tent stakes. Lightest in world version 2.0
• DIY Homemade Lightest Carbon Fibre Tent Pegs Stakes

BOM

For each stake,

• 1x 3mm carbon fiber rod
  
• 2x M3 stainless self-locking washer
  

Instructions

1. Place the washer holder on a hard surface
2. Place the washer on top of the washer holder
   
3. Insert one end of the rod into the rod pusher
   
4. Place the other end of the rod onto the washer and swiftly push the rod through
   
5. Repeat with the other side
   
6. Flip the whole thing over to have the rod pusher resting on the desk, and push the washer all the way down with the washer holder
   
7. You are done! Use a wet rag to clean the dangerous carbon fiber dust.
