Description
For the base if your printer bed is not big enough (like mine) I have cut both side panels in the slicer with a dovetail at 20 degree. See picture
4 Walls
20% infill
Lever Housing need to be printed on the side like an L
Big beams is labeled on the side it needs to be printed
Number of individual parts to print is wrote on each parts title
Both shafts need to be insert before bolting it to the Base
you can either use filament or nylon threads to tie the pull bar to the tethers
Needed to complete the build:
M4 heated insert 30 total -> https://a.co/d/gPM3xbB
M4 bolts 12mm for the base x20 -> https://a.co/d/9hr39wR
M4 bolts 12mm for the gentry x10
2kg of pla (with left over in case of failure)
As a retainer for the pulley pin use a short piece of 1.75mm PLA or PETG filament as a cutter pin and fold both end to secure
No support needed !
Brim needed for pins and beams !
Small elastric band for hair or to make bracelet x2 for the locks
A nice pair of pliers for the Lever housing supports (tight fited supports)
Some Nylon or Polyester threads for the gantry shafts

I used my daugther elastics for bracelet looming https://a.co/d/3I6qc0A
probably available in every dollar store
I like a tight fit (who doesnt) so you might need to sand down the edges of brimed parts
For the cables use big Nylon or polyester thread no elastic threads. Cut a long piece - fold it to equal parts, make a loop and pass it through the back of the lever hole and then over to lock it in place. Push both threads between the roller pin on top and than one on each side. Next is over the pulley and down. Tie a tight knot on the shaft eye below.
HAVE FUN AND SEND PICS PLS !!!
Edit :
I have resized the pull bar since it was 20mm shorter for some reason sry my bad and added a picture for the retainer pin filament
Sorry again both shafts+arch+post were a bit too tight so I have ajusted them (I thought i'd checked everything before posting I guess i am human lol)
Pre-cut for the panels added (for smaller printers) Tested
Pre-cut for all the cylindrical beams (for smaller printers) Not tested at your own risk :P
Resized beam cap insert
Pre-cut beam + Support couldnt not be done in the slicer so I did it in software.
Updated Post for more support for the shafts
Adding a Tether anker so you can use nylon thread to link the Beam to the pull bar. You can print either one im just giving you options
Added photos of exploded view and Inserts Location to help for assembly.
Thin down lock and sleeve so it is easier for M4 x 12mm it was a bit tight.
Video updated more detailed !!! next will be a video of how to set it up
Added 2 *.zip files for glued option instead of inserts (not tested - print at your own risk - waiting on test version)
Added 3mf file modified Shafts and heedle (beater) for smaller printers like the A1 mini If you print this you need to set the brass inserts with the U clip on. The clip has two structural purposes. Melting the U clip and frame together with the brass insert and a bolt to sandwich everything together. M4x10 is needed for that build for the tolp part of both shafts and U clip on the Heedle. Not fully tested.
Improved Beam+support for ALL model parts folders
