New and Improved mammoth-3D Toolhead

The latest mammoth-3D Toolhead has been completely redesigned for maximum performance and durability. The main toolhead body is no longer FDM-printed—it's now available exclusively as an SLM-printed aluminium or CNC-milledcomponent, delivering exceptional rigidity, stability, and long-term reliability.

The CPAP cooling duct has been refined and optimized to support a wider range of extruders, solving compatibility limitations found in earlier versions. New hotend plates provide stronger and more flexible mounting options, resulting in reduced vibration and noticeably improved print quality.

Every component has been reviewed, updated, and made lighter, enabling faster print speeds without compromising precision.

Designed specifically for Voron 3D printers, this upgraded toolhead pushes your machine to the next level—all without requiring any changes to the existing gantry.

Please note:
This download contains only the FDM-printed parts, such as the CPAP duct and belt clamps.
