WLED Ring Puck (FreeCAD)

There are a lot of printable lamp projects that are based on the “LED Lamp Kit MH001” from Bambu Lab. Basically the kit consists of a "puck" with a diameter of 70mm with a power chord that emits white light.

This project is a compatible light puck that is based on a D1 Mini (ESP8266) running WLED and a WS2812B led ring with 16 or maybe more RGB leds. The following parameters can be customized in order to adapt the project to different WS2812B rings:

• led_ring_inner_dia: The inner diameter of the WS2812B LED ring (31 mm for my 16 LED version)

• led_ring_outer_dia: The outer diameter of the WS2812B LED ring (45 mm for my 16 LED version)

• led_ring_depth: the depth of the groove for the WS2812B LED ring (3 mm)

Typical WS2812B LED rings have 3 solder pods (Vin, GND, Din) placed at 0, 90 and 180 degrees and a Dout pod at 315 degrees. If the position of the pods are different in your rings, adjust Offset and Occurrances in the Polar Pattern "More Cable Holes" and "Last Cable Hole".
