This printable modification is an extended front panel designed specifically for the popular A07 Mini-ITX PC case.
By adding 10mm of depth to the front of the chassis, this panel provides the necessary clearance to accommodate longer, low-profile NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060, RTX 5060, or RTX 5050 graphics cards that would otherwise not fit in the stock A07 case. This upgrade significantly enhances the gaming and computing potential of your compact build.

Design Concept
The design ensures seamless integration with the existing A07 chassis aesthetics. The 10mm extension is engineered to maintain structural integrity while maximizing internal component space. The new panel incorporates mounting points that utilize the original case hardware locations, simplifying the installation process.
 How to Print
To achieve a clean, multi-color look using a single-nozzle 3D printer:
Preparation: Slice each component file individually based on your desired color material.
Material: Use durable materials like PETG or ABS for best results, as these offer better heat resistance and structural strength than standard PLA.
Process: Print the parts one by one, using your preferred material color for each separate piece. Ensure correct bed adhesion for all parts.
Settings: Use standard layer heights (e.g., 0.2mm) and infill (e.g., 20-30%) appropriate for your chosen material.
How to Install
The installation involves minor modification and secure mounting to the A07 chassis:
Prepare the Front Bezel Frame: Embed four female threaded inserts (heat-set inserts, M3 size recommended) into the designated holes on the printed front bezel frame.
Top Hook Mechanism: At the top screw-hole locations, install two M3 screws (approximately 8mm long). Leave a 1mm gap between the screw head and the screw's thread/surface of the plastic. This gap is crucial for creating the "hook" mechanism that secures the top of the bezel to the main chassis frame.
Bottom Bracket Mounting: Attach the printed front bezel mounting bracket to the bottom of the main chassis frame using the original screw locations.
Final Assembly: Align the top hooks into the chassis frame slots, then secure the bottom of the panel by mounting the front bezel to the installed mounting bracket.
