ESP32 Cheap Yellow Display (CYD) Enclosure - USB Ports Only

Remix of the enclosure designed by @mdzi to close of the side and bottom peripheral ports (except the USB ports) for a cleaner look when not using external IO devices. Huge thanks to @mdzi for providing STEP files which made remixing this much easier.

For further remixing, I've provided STEP files and a link to my Onshape document.

Remix of the enclosure designed by @mdkendall for the ESP32 Cheap Yellow Display (ESP32-2432S028R) found on Aliexpress & similar sites.

Model adjusted for the USB-C board version, which does have slight variations of the connector positions (especially mounting holes & USB-C connector).

Note: Self-tapping version only

Print settings

• Material: PETG
  • PLA should be fine as well, probably with less flex on the buttons. The board gets warm on the back, but I don't think it's that warm to melt PLA.
• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.2mm layer height
• 3 walls
  • 2 is probably fine as well
• 15% infill or more

Required hardware

• 4x M3x6 Socket Head screw (self-taps into plastic)
