Description
I'd noticed that the XY100 (Also known as an iMakr STARTT ) printer we had was sometimes resting on the bottoms of the Z axis motors which isn't ideal. I designed this foot / base so that the acrylic main panels would be supported without putting stress on the motor mounts.
It's intended to be printed in TPU but if you don't need the anti-vibration properties than PLA or PETG would also work fine to just provide some support
I've designed this with some adjustment room for the end of the Y-axis depending on how you've got your Y-axis belt adjusted, but if the adjustment range isn't large enough then you can cut the base at the marked points and slide it along to make it fit any Y-axis size
Print Settings
Print in TPU 83A if your printer can manage it, or 95A would also work
0.4mm nozzle
0.2mm layer height
2 walls (use more for a stiffer mount)
10% infill (again use more if you want a stiffer base)
