Description
After my drill chuck key retention strap broke, I searched for a 3d printable replacement and found nothing. Rather than get by with a piece of rope or a thick rubber band, I made this replacement strap from TPU.
The strap was designed around a ½ inch chuck key; so, you'll need to reduce X and Y in your slicer for smaller chuck keys. Do not reduce the Z as it is only 1.2mm thick. Also, consider using concentric instead of lines for surfaces for improved reliability.
