Print either with resin or push FDM to it's limits like me, you can achieve this level of detail if you use a 0.2 mm nozzle and 0.041 mm layer height on the Bambu A1 mini. To save time, as I made a few, I used variable layer height until the first top-side details began being sliced.
Instructions:
Print with no brim, no supports, laid flat on its back
Allow to cool before removing, it's thin and has the potential to warp (I did not encounter this personally)
Spray prime with rattle can - I use citadel paints since they dry very fast
Paint with high pigment acrylics (again - citadel paints because I typically paint minis)
Seal with clear varnish (again I used rattlecan, for true longevity there are some good YouTube videos where people discuss yellowing of finishes over long time-scales)
I used this posts and backs kit on amazon: B0BXGB56HN but everyday super glue since the resin was slow to set on previous earrings. I recommend not painting the back at least prior to attached the post so that you are not gluing onto a coat of paint.
