Clothing steamer shelf for 2" drain pipe

Shelf to place my clothing steamer on in my laundry room.  Power outlet isn't anywhere near the shelves so I had to create a place for my steamer.  Designed to fit a 2" ID PVC drain pipe that has a ~60mm OD.  Shelf is a 92mm diameter with slots for cords.  Screws are for M3 hex driver screws with hex nuts.
