PLA Temperature Calibration Tower

I tried a few temperature calibration towers and none seemed to work well enough for me so I decided to design my own.

It's pretty simple but works for me, so though some others may find it useful.

I use it together with the VaryAtHeight plugin which can reduce the temperature at set heights.

I have just added another version with thinner walls. The standard one has 1.6mm thick walls, the thin one has 1mm thick walls.
