What's different

• Hex grill for Nadir's top hat
• Housing without filament hole and sfs mounting point
• Mounting for both btt CPAP kit boards with added zip tie anchor points
• Taller cover for btt boards because of connectors 
• Holder for 2 fan option with fan connector(jst-xh) and switch

Use rest from original author and you can combine them however you want, they have all same dimensions as original.
