Custom Enclosure for Wuzhi Audio ZK1001B Bluetooth TWS Amplifier

This 3D-printed enclosure was designed to house the Wuzhi Audio ZK1001B Bluetooth TWS amplifier, offering a clean and functional setup for DIY audio enthusiasts. The case features a textured finish and compact layout, making it ideal for desktop or portable use.

In addition to the amplifier module, the build needs:

• 🔌 A barrel jack for power input
• 🎧 A standard 1/4" audio jack
• 🔊 Spring-loaded speaker terminals (also known as push-type speaker wire connectors) for easy audio output connections
• 📎 A USB extension to route the onboard USB port to the front panel for convenient access
• 🧲 4 9.5 x 2.5mm round neodymium magnets
• 🔩 6 M3 brass inserts and M3 screws (computer hard drive sized screws work great)

The enclosure was designed with usability and accessibility in mind, ensuring all ports and controls are easily reachable while maintaining a sleek appearance. Perfect for custom Bluetooth speaker builds or desktop amplifier projects.
