Description
the Kākāpō is a flightless new zealand parrot. he finds his food in the forest .
nature must love this amazing creature, he has no natural predators is extremely nosy and lives for more than 100 years.
of course like all parrots he is a natural climber.
I have included a remod because the origonal model had a beak more like a love bird.
(I have added the remod as a zip file so you do not get them mixed up)
i saw a david attenborough documentery, where in the middle of the forest he said, watch this and he shouted out loud. instantly all these Kākāpō came tumbling out of the trees and scampering out of the bushes to see what was going on….. absolutely adorable…. ANYWAY
I made the first one white for a test, perfect, so i decided to make his body green as it should be and his beak and feet yellow.
with the body printed on its back with normal supports it came out flawless.
the eyes are black, the feet and beak are yellow…..
love these guys….
could not find the david attenborough clip but here is another one….
