Flizzlebin / Fizzlebin - Gnome Mage (DND / TTRPG)

Edit: No wonder I kept running into weird naming issues his name is "Flizzle-bin" not Fizzlebin. Too much Flizz for me today - I'm done.

Here is another Stranger Things NPC mini. This time Fizzlebin from Welcome to the Hellfire Club. He tests the parties mettle with dangerous games of hide and seek. While he's technically a gnome he could work as a dwarf or halfling NPC or commoner as well pretty easily. I sized him at 28mm tall on a 20mm baseplate but depending on how you like your gnomes you maybe want him smaller so I made an "sm" version at 25mm tall.

For my process on this one I started with an AI base mesh, sculpted and posed him, then I created the cap from a cylinder, then I remeshed and print optimized. As usual I livestreamed the work on this mini and that full video will be available here.

For printing on FDM I would print this mini on its back using auto tree supports and for resin the usual 45 degree rotation and auto supports are good. I don't like to print with the baseplates on since I feel like painting is easier without them and you can get cleaner baseplates (albeit with glue stains) if you attach them afterwards. Up to you tho. Since his cap and hand have free floating bits these could be areas to watch for parts snapping off so be mindful of that when removing supports.
