Suitable for tarpaulins with eyelets that have an inner diameter of 12 mm or 1/2 inch. The thread is M12 x 1.75 and has enough play. Use a 4x40mm wood screw for the central hole – this allows you to screw the bottom part in place while holding the tarpaulin. This is usually sufficient for assembly – I added the outer 3 holes so that you can use another screw to prevent the bottom part from twisting, but this is not usually necessary. The central screw additionally reinforces the thread, making it more resistant to wind. I printed the parts from brown Bambu PETG HF so that the screwed-on parts are not so noticeable when the tarpaulin is not attached. Simply print in 0.20mm layer thickness with at least 4 walls. Geignet für Planen mit Ösen, die einen Innendurchmesser von 12mm bzw. 1/2 Zoll haben. Das Gewinde ist M12 x 1,75 und hat schon genug Spiel. Benutze eine 4x40mm Holzschraube für das zentrale Loch - auf diese Weise kann man das Unterteil festschrauben, während man die Plane anhält. Normalerweise reicht das als Montage - die äußeren 3 Löcher hatte ich angebracht, damit man mit einer weiteren Schraube verhindern kann, dass sich das Unterteil verdreht, aber normalerweise ist das nicht nötig. Durch die zentrale Schraube wird das Gewinde zusätzlich verstärkt und hält dadurch dem Wind besser Stand. Ich habe die Teile aus braunem Bambu PETG HF gedruckt, so fallen die angeschraubten Teile nicht so sehr auf, wenn die Plane nicht dran ist. Einfach in 0.20mm Schichtdicke drucken, mit mindestens 4 Wänden.
