This bracket adapter is designed for common the Virtual Pinball flatpack from PinballCabinet.com that use wooden dowels for lifting and mounting the playfield monitor.

In the stock setup, the dowel sits inside a simple bracket and a screw is used to lock it in place. That screw digs directly into the wood, eventually causing gouging, splintering, or wobble. The dowel is also attached using brackets that tightening can keep the rod from spinning smoothly.

This adapter solves those issues:

• You can reuse the original lock screw, but it now presses against the printed adapter rather than into the wood.
