Eurobox Lid Corner Blocks – Secure Your Box Lid or Tabletop + Mounting Jig for Precise Assembly

Turn your Eurobox into a practical outdoor table or dust-protected storage box using these simple corner blocks. Print four of them to mount a plate or board (for example, 600x400 mm) securely on top of your Eurobox—no more sliding or shifting. I designed the parts to be especially robust and sturdy, because the existing solutions I found were either too flimsy or not convincing in everyday use. Perfect for camping, workshops, or outdoor activities.

The corner feet are stable enough to place the plate directly on the ground, as long as the plate itself is sufficiently rigid—making it possible, for example, to stand on it or use it as a small work surface.

A second file is included with a helpful mounting jig that simplifies drilling and alignment of the corner pieces. For assembly, 5x25 mm Spax screws work perfectly and hold everything firmly in place.

I used the model for 600x400 mm Euroboxes but it can be used with other sizes as well. For optimal strength, a higher infill density and thicker wall settings are recommended when printing.
