Description
This is a custom-designed 3D printable bracket solution for installing the Intel Arc Pro B50 dual-slot, low-profile GPU into the highly compact and proprietary Dell Precision 3260 Compact Form Factor (CFF) workstation.
The Dell T3260/Precision 3260 Compact is an incredibly tight case, and this bracket addresses the common issue of properly securing the graphics card to the chassis, specifically bypassing the need for Dell's proprietary riser card/support components.
This design ensures the Arc Pro B50 is firmly mounted, preventing sag and ensuring the mini-DisplayPort outputs are correctly aligned with the rear chassis I/O cutout.
Perfect Fit: Custom-engineered for the precise dimensions of the Intel Arc Pro B50 (Low-Profile, Dual-Slot) and the Dell Precision 3260 CFF chassis.
Stability: Provides rigid support to eliminate GPU sag and secure the card firmly in the PCIe riser slot.
Aesthetic & Functional: Integrates cleanly with the compact workstation's internal layout.
Easy to Print: Designed to be printed on most standard FDM 3D printers with minimal supports.
Material: PETG or ABS is highly recommended due to the heat generated inside the small case. PLA is acceptable, but print in a heat-resistant color and monitor case temperatures.
Infill: 50-100% (Solid) for maximum strength.
Orientation: Print on the widest/flattest surface for best adhesion and strength.
The existing GPU Retention Screw (or a similar screw) used to secure the card to the standard Dell riser assembly.
Optional: Small self-tapping or metric screws (M2 or M3) may be needed depending on your specific design's mounting points.
Compatibility: Confirmed to work with the standard Intel Arc Pro B50 (Dual-Slot, Low Profile) card.
Power: The Arc Pro B50 has a 70W TDP and draws all power from the PCIe slot, making it an excellent match for the T3260's standard power supply (often 180W or 240W). Always verify your system's Power Supply Unit (PSU) capacity.
Installation: You will need to carefully remove and replace components to install this bracket. Refer to your Dell T3260 service manual for general disassembly procedures.
