Citybug Shift Boot Frame (AYGO/107/C1)

My frame's tabs broke when I removed it, so I designed and printed a replacement! Press fit only, no hooks involved.

It fits:

• Toyota Aygo (2005-2014)
• Peugeot 107 (2005-2014)
• Citroen C1 (2005-2014)

It works perfectly on my 2014 Peugeot 107, so it should fit on any other badge engineered models.

The fit itself is a bit tight, you may need to squish the frame to get the tabs through. It should hold on its own, from my testing it takes effort to take it out again. You'll have to glue the boot fabric around the frame, I used CA glue for this.

My print settings:

• Light Green ASA
• 110c Bed
• 260c Nozzle
• 15mm Brim
• Cardboard Enclosure
• 0.3mm Layer Height
• 2 Walls
• 4 Top/Bottom Shells
• 20% Grid Infill
• Printed flat side up

Note: You don't need to use ASA, PETG is perfect enough. You might even get away with PLA.
