Wind Tunnel (Airflow Conditioner)

Here is a mini wind tunnel conditioner I designed for a little DIY wind tunnel I'm making. The hexagonal end conditions the air to remove turbulence from ("straighten") the airflow. The narrowing toward the open end speeds up the air, forcing it into whatever test section you can come up with to attach at a faster speed. Hope this is helpful and inspires! 

Notes:

• v1 uses four of the same piece glued together to make a large-scale model
• v2 is much better if miniature works, only two pieces, minimal supports (possibly wanted for inside of shell), less stringing, better-looking print
  • I personally did 40% size, and it came out great. Glue the hex into the bottom of the shell, should be a very snug fit
