Printing them on their side was a great way to do it- no chance for stringing between peaks and I had no problem printing without supports. For all of the ones I printed I had the name on one of the vertical sides and it might have been better to put it on the top instead, but they all printed beautifully. I do wish that they had a scale labelled and that they were a consistent scale between all of the models. I can't wait to use them when teaching topographic maps and other geology topics with my
